🎯 Requirements

6+ years merchandising experience
Knowledge of Women\'s apparel market and consumer
Growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach
Knowledge of product development, financials, and production
Strong leadership and cross-functional communication
Fluency with merchandising systems, business acumen, tools, and applications
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Management experience preferred
