🎯 Requirements

- Strong technical literacy with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend devs.
- Ability to bridge medical topics with non-medical colleagues and represent clinician perspective.
- Experience in high-growth startups with speed, ambiguity, and ownership.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and judgment.
