- Develop holistic ecommerce growth strategy across organic and paid revenue sources.
- Experience managing ad budgets >$100k/month; able to scale and optimize.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Strong data analytics; monthly reporting and targets.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Facebook/TikTok ads.
