  • Own day-to-day campaign mgmt across Meta, Google, TikTok, and channels.
  • Execute daily optimizations: scaling, budgets, rotations, testing, and structure.
  • Launch and manage structured creative testing across hooks, offers, and landing pages.
  • Conduct weekly performance analyses to spot trends and scaling opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for creative strategy, CRO, and acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.
  • Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in DR or DTC.
  • Strong attribution, funnel, testing frameworks, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and performance analysis.
  • Professional English communication.
  • Nice to have: DTC ecommerce, subscriptions, or wellness; Moby/Triple Whale.
