🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years in full-cycle design engineering (CAD, analysis, build, test)
Kinematic synthesis, pneumatic/hydraulic actuation, mechatronics, instrumentation
Structures strength, stability and fatigue knowledge
Basic manufacturing processes, materials, surface treatments
Proven problem-solving and hands-on hardware build
Strong communication to lead technical discussions
