🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drafting (SolidWorks)
- Proficiency in analysis tools (FEA) or Python is a plus
- DFMEA, design release processes, and ECOs
- Experience taking products from early-stage development to production
- Understanding of battery systems, electrochemical systems, and fluidics is a plus
