Design and test Terran R mechanisms (stage separation, deployment, landing gear)
Collaborate with structures, avionics, fluids teams
Lead end-to-end design cycle: concept, trade studies, analysis, build, test
Champion manufacturability and rapid iteration
Own hardware across multiple subsystems; from concept to flight hardware
Deliver on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years in full-cycle design: CAD, analysis, build, test
Kinematic synthesis, pneumatics/hydraulics, mechatronics, instrumentation
Structures strength, stability, fatigue failure modes
Manufacturing processes, materials, surface treatments
Hands-on hardware build with problem-solving and collaboration
