🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 4-6 years mechanical design experience, preferably high-voltage battery design
- Strong fundamentals: structural design, materials, statics, dynamics, heat transfer
- CAD experience (NX preferred), tolerance stack analysis, 2D drafting with GD&T
- Experience with multiple manufacturing processes in prototype and mass production
- Ability to use simplified tools and CAE to drive development
