🎯 Requirements

4+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
CAD tools: SolidWorks or similar with DFM/DFA knowledge
Prototyping, fabrication, and mechanical testing experience
Structural, thermal, and packaging considerations for vehicle systems
Ownership mindset, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Collaboration and communication in a fast-moving startup
