🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years in engineering with 3 years in Cable Harness or Interconnect design
- Understanding of cable/connector tests (cross-section, pull-out, current cycling)
- Metallurgy, solid mechanics, and material selection for electrical contacts
- Connector selection (IP-rated, pin-outs); crimp quality
- Experience with standards (USCAR, IEC, IPC)
