🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in SCM, Business, Operations, or Engineering (or equivalent).
- 8+ years in materials program management or related in high-volume hardware.
- Experience enabling material readiness for NPI and high-volume prod; CM/ODM/JDM.
- Strong analytics and program management; align demand, supply, and schedules.
- Experience across global manufacturing with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, ops, finance).
- Thrives in ambiguity; builds scalable processes and structured execution.
- Willing to travel internationally (~15%).
- Experience using AI tools to augment day-to-day tasks.
