🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in marketing/engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing operations, automation, MarTech integration.
- Lead routing and MarTech stack optimization (Marketo/SFDC).
- Experience with Marketo and SFDC integration and data architecture.
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, legal, Sales Ops, and Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
- Self-directed with strong project management and organizational skills.
