🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Marketing Ops/MarTech with progression to Sr. Manager or Director
- Proven Marketo + Salesforce experience at scale (B2B SaaS preferred)
- APIs/ETL, data modeling, CDP analytics; ad activation (AdRoll)
- Lead → account → opportunity flow design; cross-functional with Revenue
- Hands-on AI/ML in marketing (predictive lead scoring, intent features, content generation)
- Excellent program management, documentation, and stakeholder comms; vendor procurement for MarTech
