Senior Marketing Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day admin and config of marketing/SDR tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
• Primary systems partner for B2B Marketing/SDR, translating requirements into scalable configs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin to ensure data flow and lead routing to CRM.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
• Support marketing systems program management: roadmap, backlog, and delivery planning.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual work and scale campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing operations or GTM systems.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and data-model design knowledge.
• Comfort with evolving AI tooling.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into systems.
• Strong production support mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
