  • Manage cross-functional workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings with agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor timelines, identify risks, and coordinate trade-offs.
  • Oversee a high volume of marketing assets and asset timelines.
  • Build and maintain Brokerage playbooks, trackers, and templates.
  • Own the submission process for Legal and Compliance reviews; lead weekly check-ins.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience in high-velocity marketing environments; regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to organize complex information, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret data, identify risks early, and mitigate.
  • Understanding asset creation workflows and approval cycles including legal reviews.
