🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or related field
3-5 years in marketing ops, project coordination, or systems support; strong organization
Skilled in Excel, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft 365; HubSpot a bonus
Comfortable managing timelines, documentation, and structured data
Process-driven problem solver; proactive and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player with strong follow-through
