- 3+ years hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Strong experience building and executing marketing programs.
- Deep understanding of lead management, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker/Data Studio.
- Excellent project management; able to drive multiple initiatives.
