  • Own and evolve the marketing tech stack (automation, CRM, data hygiene).
  • Own marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo); manage workflows, scoring, segmentation.
  • Build, QA, and optimize campaigns for accurate tracking and fast lead flow.
  • Partner with demand gen/product marketing for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Own campaign lifecycle end-to-end from setup to analysis.
  • Build dashboards for campaign performance and pipeline impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Marketing Operations or blended ops at high-growth B2B.
  • 3+ years hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Strong experience building and executing marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of lead management, attribution, and funnel reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker/Data Studio.
  • Excellent project management; able to drive multiple initiatives.
