- Hands-on with marketing tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and funnel performance.
- Experience evaluating AI-driven tools and automation in ops.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering; MBA a plus.
- Strategic & systems thinking; cross-functional leadership; AI orientation.
