  • 8+ years in marketing operations, business ops, or strategy in tech/fintech.
  • Experience owning marketing planning cycles, operating models, at scale.
  • Strong record partnering with senior leadership to drive alignment.
  • Hands-on with marketing tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics and funnel performance.
  • Experience evaluating AI-driven tools and automation in ops.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering; MBA a plus.
  • Strategic & systems thinking; cross-functional leadership; AI orientation.
