🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Marketing Operations in B2B enterprise or SaaS.
  • CRM and marketing automation expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with workflow/project tools like Asana and Monday.com.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or analytics in marketing or RevOps.
  • Martech ecosystem experience: CRM, web analytics, lead routing, ABM, attribution.
  • Proven success in data-driven marketing planning, reporting, and optimization.
  • Experience creating and measuring B2B lead gen programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to execs.
