- Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce: workflows, automation, custom objects, reporting.
- Proven track record building lifecycle, scoring, and routing for PLG + sales.
- Built or deployed AI/ML workflows in production (predictive scoring, enrichment, routing).
- Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
- Builder mentality; proactive, cross-functional collaboration.
