  • Drive operational efficiency in marketing automation tools and campaigns
  • Own KPI reporting and funnel metrics; report to Director, GTM Operations
  • Own and optimize marketing tech: Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, ABM platforms
  • Maintain integrations; partner with RevOps on improvements
  • Manage lead lifecycle end to end: scoring, segmentation, routing, handoff to Sales
  • Own attribution, pipeline influence, and KPI reporting

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing, Ops, or Campaign Mgmt
  • 2+ years admin experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Hands-on with Bizible, ABM platforms, LeanData, Cognism
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Data-driven with campaign performance reporting; Tableau a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML and building emails
