  • Proven track record building scalable processes and governance across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills: funnel metrics, cohorts, experiments, insights.
  • Hands-on campaign ops ownership: setup, QA, list management, delivery across channels.
  • Excellent PM and cross-functional comms; build partnerships with peers and leadership.
