- Strategic thinker with hands-on campaign building; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
- Data-driven: analyze performance data, build dashboards, and iterate.
- Customer-centric: regularly talk to customers and use their voice to inform your work.
- Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).
