📋 Description

  • Serve as Guild’s primary point of contact for USOPP and Olympic ecosystem stakeholders
  • Own day-to-day partnership management and long-term strategic relationship development
  • Drive executive-level engagement with key stakeholders across Team USA and LA28
  • Lead end-to-end sponsorship activation across digital, social, events, and executive engagement
  • Develop and execute activation plans leading into LA28
  • Translate sponsorship rights into measurable commercial impact

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, or sponsorship strategy
  • Experience working within or alongside the Olympic ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-visibility partnerships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing activations tied to sponsorship rights
  • Executive presence engaging C-suite leaders and external partners; strong commercial instinct
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional alignment
