  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase or Smartling; vendor management and QA workflows
  • Strong analytical skills linking engagement metrics to actionable insights
  • Experience measuring top- and bottom-funnel metrics (traffic, views, email engagement; NNLs, MQLs, pipeline)
