  • Own lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, in-product, and community channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior, surface insights, and run experiments to improve KPIs.

  • Co-create onboarding and in-platform touchpoints with Product, Data, and Clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM, or product marketing.
  • Experience building lifecycle and retention programs for subscription/multi-product businesses.
  • Working knowledge of email, SMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytics: metrics, attribution, incrementality.
  • Strong writing and messaging; collaborate on creative and feedback.
  • Excitement for startup environments with ownership and prioritization.
