- Own end-to-end marketing measurement across paid channels (MMM, MTA, incrementality).
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments (geo tests, holdouts) and causal inference.
- Build production-scale predictive models (LTV, churn) using SQL + Python/R.
- Create executive dashboards in Looker or Mode to track KPIs and explain drivers.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing on forecasting and quarterly planning; present to VP+.
- Prioritize ruthlessly; manage multiple projects and raise the analytics bar.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing analytics or data science in tech/e-commerce.
- Advanced SQL and Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Hands-on experimental design and causal inference.
- Experience implementing MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing for budget allocation.
- Experience building dashboards/self-serve tools in Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift and Git.
- Translate ambiguous questions into analytical roadmaps and communicate to execs.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, CS, Math, Engineering, or equivalent.
