  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition or revenue targets in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across teams to influence change and drive results; strong CRM usage and pipeline hygiene.
  • Based in European ski destinations (France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany) with up to 50% travel across European ski markets; English and French or Italian proficiency; additional languages nice to have.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Mindset: consultative, relationship-first approach; proactive and self-directed; collaborative.
