Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer, Vehicle Integration

📋 Description

• Design and commission new test assets and systems.
• Collaborate with design/manufacturing for scalable test campaigns.
• Write and optimize test sequences and procedures.
• Analyze data to improve assembly performance and root causes.
• Define operational requirements to boost safety and repeatability.
• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor for test issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Eng.
• 5+ years testing high-pressure pneumatic and HV systems.
• Design and commission pneumatic and electrical test equipment.
• Lead failure investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Strong fundamentals in fluid, thermal, mechanical, and electrical Eng.
• Knowledge of safety standards and test hazards.
