- Own test assets across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing to ensure scalable test campaigns.
- Drive the technical execution of mechanisms and integrated testing.
- Provide leadership on assembly/test operations, safety, tooling, and equipment.
- Hands-on shop-floor support; address test issues and feed DFM/DFT feedback.

π― Requirements
- BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering; 5+ years hardware experience.
- Experience authoring test procedures for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies.
- Partner with design engineering, manufacturing, and production to execute tests and investigate failures.
- Design, implement, and manage large-scope test systems and process improvements.
- Expert knowledge of safety standards and common test hazards.
- Hands-on in two: electromechanical or pneumatic assembly; functional checkouts; high-voltage or high-pressure systems.
