Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer, Pneumatic Mechanisms & Fluid Assemblies

📋 Description

• Own test assets across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to ensure scalable test campaigns.
• Drive the technical execution of mechanisms and integrated testing.
• Provide leadership on assembly/test operations, safety, tooling, and equipment.
• Hands-on shop-floor support; address test issues and feed DFM/DFT feedback.
• Analyze test data to evaluate performance and lead root-cause actions.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering; 5+ years hardware experience.
• Experience authoring test procedures for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Partner with design engineering, manufacturing, and production to execute tests and investigate failures.
• Design, implement, and manage large-scope test systems and process improvements.
• Expert knowledge of safety standards and common test hazards.
• Hands-on in two: electromechanical or pneumatic assembly; functional checkouts; high-voltage or high-pressure systems.
