🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in test engineering with automated test solutions for electronic hardware
- 5+ years with LabVIEW for test systems: architecture, real-time data acquisition, instrument drivers, UI
- 2+ years with NI TestStand for automated test sequences and deployment
- Read electrical schematics; design/build/test fixtures; troubleshoot hardware
- Solid understanding of manufacturing test methods for digital and analog electronics
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
