Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant operations.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery to industry standards.
• Generate work orders and parts requests; document PMs.
• Diagnose problems and repair high-speed production equipment.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, GMP, and Food Safety practices.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and related equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding.
• Able to read electrical schematics and follow manufacturing specs.
