- Coordinate with suppliers and teams to ensure FAA-aligned cable specs and milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers; set wiring best practices for prototyping.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing with wire harness design/fabrication/routing.
- Proficiency in CAD/electrical tools (CATIA EHI, NX, Capital) and PLM/MES.
- DFM for electrical systems, especially harness build/installation.
- Ability to interpret Model Based Definition and GD&T calls.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; hands-on wiring/integration problem-solving.
