🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical, or related field.
- 3-5+ years in manufacturing engineering (aerospace/env thermal preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX) for reviews and docs.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment balancing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and GD&T; able to perform root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
