- Work with Test & Launch engineers to optimize manufacturing and integration.
- Lead fabrication and integration efforts and own integration processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure techniques meet design tolerances and manufacturability.
- Develop integration strategies with fluids, civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.
- Provide input on and approve designs for manufacturability.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Aerospace) or equivalent.
- 5+ years manufacturing experience in structural builds, precision tooling, or GSE.
- Experience with CAD tools: NX, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA.
- Lifecycle ownership of structural build projects (lifting/rigging, integration, testing).
- Experience with welding, line boring, milling, and metrology for tight tolerances.
- Must pass a background check for Cape Canaveral on-site clearance.
