Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Propulsion

📋 Description

• Collaborate with propulsion/design teams to provide manufacturing input for hardware.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for propulsion components.
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans, travelers, and work instructions.
• Support propulsion systems including propellant feed, pressurization, venting.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges through root cause analysis.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and approve processes/docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience in propulsion or high-reliability fluid systems.
• Experience with CAD tools (Siemens NX) and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to review engineering drawings.
• Cross-functional communication with propulsion, systems, test, and quality teams.
• Hands-on problem solving and root cause analysis for propulsion hardware.
