π― Requirements
- Engineering degree with 5+ years building/testing hardware in manufacturing/integration.
- Skilled at investigating hardware issues and driving corrective actions.
- Familiar with assembly/test procedures: tolerance stack-up, proof testing, leaks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
- Self-starter; able to define and roll out new processes with technicians and vendors.
- Proficient in GD&T, CAD, and basic design/test analysis; LOX cleanliness and leak checks.
