Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Integration & Test

📋 Description

• Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery across subsystems.
• Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Support first article builds, prioritizing manufacturability and quality.
• Provide on-floor support to resolve issues in real time and drive improvement.
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test teams for readiness.
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing systems, tooling strategies, and documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5+ years building/testing hardware in manufacturing/integration.
• Skilled at investigating hardware issues and driving corrective actions.
• Familiar with assembly/test procedures: tolerance stack-up, proof testing, leaks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
• Self-starter; able to define and roll out new processes with technicians and vendors.
• Proficient in GD&T, CAD, and basic design/test analysis; LOX cleanliness and leak checks.
