Senior Manufacturing Engineer, ECLSS

📋 Description

• Own manufacturing development and build of ECLSS hardware for station
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes from prototype to flight hardware
• Ensure hardware is manufacturable, reliable, inspectable, and scalable
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans, instructions, and production docs
• Lead hands-on fabrication, assembly, integration, and test activities
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
• Lead design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly reviews with teams and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• 5+ years in manufacturing or hardware development for fluid, thermal, ECLSS systems
• 3+ years hands-on hardware experience supporting fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing
• Experience creating manufacturing processes, work instructions, and build plans
