Create Process Plans, SOPs, Inspection Plans, and holding designs for parts
Improve manufacturing processes by developing and deploying new technologies and methodologies
Advise on design for manufacturability with upstream partners
Define manufacturing, fixturing, and inspection methods per designs, GD&T, and datum
Recommend novel designs or updates to improve manufacturability
Analyze and improve processes that create non-conforming hardware; investigate root causes

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Engineering or comparable STEM field
6+ years of machining experience
Knowledge of GD&T
4+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Supply Chain
Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection methods
Proficiency in CAD and CAM software; lean mindset
