🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering (assembly, welding, or dispensing).
- Hands-on with automated assembly equipment: robotics, welding, dispense, inspection.
- 3D CAD (Solidworks, CATIA) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD).
- Experience with vendors in design reviews, FAT/SAT, commissioning.
- Strong process characterization, capability analysis, data troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and documentation; able to write operating standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Science.
