- Provide production support to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.

- Own major product families; drive sustaining engineering and manage ECOs/build state records.
- Report manufacturing KPIs to ops/engineering leaders and senior management.
- Serve as technical POC with contract manufacturers; troubleshoot design/material/process issues.
- Design tooling/fixtures to improve process control and throughput.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (ME, MFG, or IE preferred)
- 5 years electromechanical product experience
- Proficient in SolidWorks, 3D modeling, GD&T, EPDM
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma
- ISO Quality Management Systems experience (aerospace/medical robotics a plus)
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional projects; strong communication
