Develop processes, tooling, and documentation for repeatable production.
Drive lean principles: standardized work, takt time, flow, and pull systems.
Champion kaizen events, Gemba walks, and operator feedback loops.
Collaborate with R&D, Product, Supply Chain, and Quality on robust solutions.
Apply Design for Excellence (DfX) to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
5-8 years lean manufacturing or TPS/Six Sigma experience.
Experience with standardized work, takt time, line balancing.
Electromechanical/robotic manufacturing experience.
CAD tools and PLM/ERP proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD; Arena, SAP).
Experience with contract manufacturers and high-volume production.
