📋 Description

  • Lead workplace experience, operations, events, and facilities management for a high-performing team.
  • Design and manage workplace experience programs, employee engagement, and site activation strategies.
  • Lead onsite programming including all-hands, executive visits, wellness, culture events.
  • Oversee vendor management for food, pantry services, catering, and amenities.
  • Manage workplace services: janitorial, waste, rooms, furniture, and support.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to deliver engagement strategies and culture objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 8+ years in workplace/office/facilities management (aerospace preferred).
  • 3+ years leadership experience managing workplace teams, facilities staff, and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace operations, building systems, and compliance.
  • Experience designing and managing workplace engagement initiatives and events.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations in fast-paced environments (aerospace preferred).
