🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 8+ years in workplace/office/facilities management (aerospace preferred).
- 3+ years leadership experience managing workplace teams, facilities staff, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of workplace operations, building systems, and compliance.
- Experience designing and managing workplace engagement initiatives and events.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations in fast-paced environments (aerospace preferred).
