🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in web, growth, or digital marketing with web ownership.
  • Experience leading a team of marketing managers, web devs, and agencies.
  • Strong bottom-funnel SEO understanding (intent pages, product pages).
  • Hands-on with CMSs (including Contentful), third-party integrations.
  • Proven CRO program ownership.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and ADA web compliance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, UTMs, tag managers, and analytics.
