🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in channel partnerships; fintech/crypto and retail exp preferred.
- Verifiable portable network of content and community partners for OKX Web3.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technology, industry trends and asset types.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills; ability to design effective incentive structures.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; able to cover Chinese-speaking and international markets.
- Hands-on, ownership mindset; comfortable with quarterly volume-based metrics.
