Senior Manager, User Research

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of senior researchers
• Ensure research outputs influence product decisions and roadmaps
• Define long-term User Strategy aligned with Product Vision
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership
• Ensure research occurs at the right times in the product lifecycle
• Balance depth and speed based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of user research experience, incl 2+ years leading researchers
• Proven track record driving product decisions through research
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions
• Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate synthesis and insights
• Experience defining learnings before design or development
