- Lead day-to-day operations of Trust & Safety across Critical Response, Compliance, and Claims.
- Directly manage Trust & Safety Leads to build a high-performing team.
- Own end-to-end risk mitigation strategy across three pillars with scalable frameworks.
- Leverage data to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive improvements.
- Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, and CX to shape policy and risk solutions.
- Drive scale and efficiency through tooling, automation, and process optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk, or related field with growing scope.
- 3+ years of people leadership, including managing team leads or managers.
- Proven ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels with clear vision and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions.
- Experience cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Operations stakeholders at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to align stakeholders.
