๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including 3+ years leading managers.
- Deep operational experience in Trust & Safety or high-volume risk ops at scale across EMEA/international markets.
- Proven track record of productivity improvements through process design, playbooks, tooling, or automation.
- Hands-on experience with complex investigations (fraud, IP/counterfeit, content).
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and dashboards; translate insights into action.
- Proven success managing case management tools such as Zendesk.
- Nice to Have: marketplace experience and compliance knowledge.
