Senior Manager, Treasury Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs, and capital markets partners to support Treasury initiatives
• Build & scale partnerships with banks/fintechs to unlock new product capabilities
• Oversee Treasury investment portfolio: plan, execute, monitor, and optimize
• Identify and manage FX, interest rate, and equity exposure
• Propose and implement hedging strategies; coordinate with accounting
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Legal to enable product launches

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience with external counterparties
• Exceptional relationship-building and management skills
• Proven success launching new products with external partners
• Experience with Canada/US liquidity regs (LAR, LCR) and ISDA is asset
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and transactions
• Deep understanding of Treasury portfolio management, FX, rates, and equity risk
• Fintech passion and adaptability in fast-paced environments
