Senior Manager, Travel & Expense (T&E) and Accounts Payable (AP)

📋 Description

• Oversee global T&E and AP functions: policy, reimbursements, vendor setup, payments.
• Lead international T&E and AP teams; coordinate with Finance, Payroll, Tax, IT, Internal Audit.
• Build scalable global accounting operations and high-performing teams.
• Drive process improvements and leverage AI to scale operations.
• Establish KPIs and productivity metrics for T&E and AP.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance across T&E and AP globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance or accounting ops leading AP and/or T&E.
• BS or equivalent in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• M&A integration experience in multinational publicly traded companies.
• Experience with T&E and AP systems (Expensify, Workday) and reporting tools (D365, OneStream, MS Office, Sigma).
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and automation (lean, continuous improvement).
• Demonstrated success leading and developing global teams with strong customer service orientation.
